Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (Monday–Saturday) from our Prayagraj facility after order confirmation. Every bottle is sealed, cushioned and packed in a protective box so it reaches you safely.
Delivery time
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of India: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Timelines are estimates; remote PIN codes, weather and courier delays can add a day or two.
Shipping charges
- FREE shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- A flat ₹49 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹999.
Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking details are shared on your email and WhatsApp. You can also check status anytime from My Account → Orders.
Delivery notes
- Please ensure your address and phone number are correct — our courier may call before delivery.
- If a delivery attempt fails, the courier usually retries; after repeated failed attempts the order may return to us and shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and PIN codes.
